Data Visualization in R for Researchers

This is a new workshop.

This workshop will teach you the basics of data visualization in R using ggplot2, and how to use ggeffects to produce plots of predicted values for linear and logistic regression models.

Special attention will be given to common customizations required for publication, like fonts, legend placement, and saving plots in high quality.

This workshop assumes you understand the fundamentals of working with data in R, such as you can get from our Data Wrangling in R workshop or online curriculum (https://sscc.wisc.edu/sscc/pubs/dwr/), and also how to fit regression models in R.
