This workshop has sessions on multiple days. You should plan to attend all the sessions.
In R, repetitive and iterative tasks are addressed through:
- "for" loops
- the "apply" family of functions
- and writing our own functions
This intermediate-level workshop will cover the basics of these topics. We assume you are already familiar with RStudio, and R language basics - some data wrangling, some statistical analysis, some basic graphing.
