Winter Tech Update

All servers are now available. We’ve identified a problem with submitting jobs to the GPU servers in the latest version of Slurm, and will resolve it as quickly as possible on Monday.

Caitlin Tefft is now available for consulting on qualitative research. This includes:

  • Choosing QDA software
  • Transcription, data cleaning and preparation
  • Project design and organization (coding structure, file structure, data management)
  • Collaboration
  • Data analysis methods (coding, memoing, data visualization)

She’ll also teach several workshops in February. Caitlin is only with the SSCC temporarily, so we encourage you to take advantage of her expertise while you can!
